Who can Apply?

Applicant Must:

  • Be a McGregor employee for at least 6 months and in good standing.
  • Hold a current CNA certificate
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and performance records

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Program Expectations

  • Meet CSPN attendance requirements
  • Complete clinical requirements and maintain academic standards.
  • Work a minimum of 16 hours at McGregor per week
  • Commit to employment for a minimum of one year at McGregor as an LPN.

Program Length

Approximately 11.5 months Classroom and clinical instruction through CSPN

Credentials Earned

Diploma in Practical Nursing Eligibility to site for the NCLEX-LPN Exam
