Now More Than Ever, Happiness Is Hard to Come By!

Happiness is not passive. We believe that part of happiness comes from habits that some people demonstrate daily but those same habits may be foreign to others. Why is this so important to know? The results of the World Happiness Report from 2019 were disheartening. The main conclusion: Americans are unhappier than they’ve been in years.

Addiction Is Playing a Huge Role in Our Nation’s Unhappiness.

According to the survey, the U.S. is suffering from an epidemic of addictions from gambling to the opioid epidemic. Addictions not only cause issues directly with mental health, but they also impact finances and relationships and create disorder outside of the addictive mental space.

Digital Technology Plays a Part in Our Society’s Unhappiness.

We might be appreciative of the fact that technology makes things easier for us, but at the same time, tech is having an impact on our ability to be happy. Now, more than ever, we must fight for our happiness. That fight means having the right tools at your disposal. Contact us to learn more.
