When women mentor, we all rise.
There are women you can think of right now that don’t know their potential. You look at them and think, “Wow, she could take over the world tomorrow if she wanted to.” Often, it’s because they just haven’t had the leadership of other women to help them reach that potential, or perhaps they just haven’t been exposed to other women in leadership who are reaching higher heights. That’s why McGregor is proud to be partnering with Celebrating Women NEO for the 10th Annual Inspire Awards on May 8 in Cleveland.
We are looking for nominees to be honored at the ceremony, and we’d like your help. We are looking for women who lead their companies and organizations towards:
- Innovation
- Opportunities and Business Evaluation
- Education
- Technology
- Legal Healthcare
- Arts & Culture
- Non-Profit Work
To nominate a woman who inspires you and others to achieve more, you’ll be asked to provide the type of business they work in, a description of their job and/or leadership responsibilities, examples of their outstanding achievements or creativity, examples of their exemplary leadership and management, innovative strategies and tactics they employ, extraordinary outcomes and results, and a showcase of their strong community and professional involvement. Nominations should be 500 words or less. A headshot and bio are also mandatory with submissions.
So, we ask, who inspires you? Every year, we are amazed and inspired by the women we meet through this process. We are looking for the women who make our community stronger every day and bring other women alongside them, preparing them for their leadership role.
