Many older adult wish to remain in their home for as long as possible staying connected to their friends and neighborhoods. McGregor PACE offers the solutions to maintaining your independence with access to an interdisciplinary team working with you and your caregives to develop a personalized plan of care using a community-based approach.
McGregor is currently the only PACE provider in the State of Ohio, serving residents in Cuyahoga County. McGregor will be expanding this program into Lorain County in 2024!
