We are launching our second class of the McGregor Leadership Academy in May 2023.
“As part of the McGregor’s culture survey, our teams shared that training and leadership are important to them. That is why we are investing in our next class of eight individuals who will be participating in this six month program here at McGregor,” shared Ann Conn, CEO.
“We are looking to recruit individuals who impact the lives of both their teams and our residents/participants and we want to support the professional growth of the individuals. The Academy provides an opportunity to learn about oneself, your teams, and proven ways to help build a strong team in the areas each participant leads. We are keeping this class small to enable the participants to get to know the other members of the class from across the organization and feel comfortable sharing within the group.”
This along with other initiatives helps McGregor and its employees grow, create a culture of learning while enhancing professional opportunities to ladder up within the organization. We believe that the Leadership Academy purpose is to inspire and strengthen the resolve of our staff. It enhances their innate strengths, skills and makes them proud about what they do every day in their roles and will ultimatley unite us.
