Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 handful of spinach (about 1/2
cup)
1/2 cup water, coconut water, or
milk of choice
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or
maple syrup
(for extra sweetness)
