Andre Burton, Director of Culture and Development at McGregor since November 2024, brings extensive leadership experience in human resources and diversity from previous roles at Northeast Ohio Medical University and Tri-C. Motivated by a personal connection to McGregor through his grandmother’s care, he leads initiatives like the elevate program to foster inclusion and community growth. A lifelong Clevelander, Andre’s educational journey includes Shaw High School, Kent State University, and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law, with formative support from the “A Better Chance” program that helped shape his academic and professional path.
