Spotlight on the 2026 ELEVATE Cohorts: Leaders, Innovators, and Trailblazers

It is with great pleasure to announce the 2026 McGregor ELEVATE Program cohort. This is our second cohort of this “Emerging Leaders Professional Development Program.” Through a nomination process, fourteen (14) McGregor Team Members have been selected to participate as the 2026 ELEVATE Program cohort. Beginning in January 2026, the ELEVATE Program cohort will have the opportunity to learn from both external and internal subject matter experts, collaborate with colleagues, and gain exposure to new skills, tools and experiential learning activities that will expand their professional and personal growth. The ELEVATE Program reflects our commitment to supporting each of you in reaching your full potential, both in your current roles and future professional opportunities.

At McGregor, we are committed to investing in the growth of our people. The McGregor ELEVATE Program reflects our ongoing dedication to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. The ELEVATE Program cohort will be engaged in carefully crafted learning sessions, mentorship, and diverse learning resources as they acquire new skills that will positively impact both their personal and professional journey.

The McGregor ELEVATE Program sessions will encompass learning opportunities focused on the following topics:
