The McGregor Foundation welcomes three new members to its Board in 2026. Joining the Board are Erin Wojno Demiray, CSI Support & Development, John Colla, Clearstead Institutional Consulting Group and Emily Bean, Burton D. Morgan Foundation.
Erin Wojno Demiray is a senior affordable housing development professional with nearly two decades of experience structuring, financing, and delivering complex senior housing projects nationwide. She currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at CSI Support & Development. A licensed attorney and longtime nonprofit board leader, she brings deep expertise in housing finance and mission-driven development.
John Colla is a member of Clearstead’s Institutional Consulting Group and is a shareholder of the firm. As a Senior Managing Director, John provides strategic investment and financial advice to the firm’s clients, focusing primarily on Clearstead’s healthcare clients, and also works with other operating not-for-profits and foundations.
Emily Bean, Director of Youth Entrepreneurship Education at Burton D. Morgan Foundation has been with Burton D. Morgan Foundation since 2014 and has worked in the philanthropic sector since 2010. She is committed to advancing education through strategic initiatives that help young people build entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. Emily holds a master’s degree in human development from Kent State University.
The McGregor Foundation, established in 2002 as a private grantmaking foundation, evolved from a history of more than 149 years of providing distinguished care for seniors at the A. M. McGregor Home in East Cleveland and the Amasa Stone House in the Glenville neighborhood of Cleveland. The McGregor Foundation carries the McGregor purpose of promoting individual choice by providing options, guidance and support along life’s journey into the greater community throughout Cuyahoga, Lorain and Summit Counties.
