It is our pleasure to announce the launch of McGregor’s’ 5th Leadership Academy Class. Through a nomination process, eight McGregor Team Members were selected to comprise the 2026 Leadership Academy Cohort. The selected individuals were selected based on their strong commitment to professional development and a desire to enhance their skills as leaders.
This year’s Leadership Academy Program will commence this month. This professional development journey designed for People Managers will allow the participants to engage in experiential learning alongside their colleagues, learn from both internal and external leaders, and broaden their perspectives in leading teams. The Leadership Academy will provide the participants with an opportunity to learn about themselves, techniques to manage and motivate their teams, and proven ways to help build effective team dynamics in the areas they lead. We are so proud to continue McGregor’s commitment to investing in our team members.
This year’s Leadership Academy will be co-facilitated by Yuvette Bozman,(McGregor Executive Director, Residential Housing) and Andre Burton, J.D. (McGregor Director, Development and Culture).
