We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for every member of our team. As proud employees of The Gardens of McGregor, we celebrate the warmth, dedication, and compassion that each of you brings to our campus, truly making it a welcoming home for our residents.
This week, we’re looking forward to a series of fun events—including raffles, games, and plenty of cheer. One highlight is our Kindness Board, where, during snack giveaways, you’ll have the chance to recognize a colleague and share words of encouragement and gratitude.
On May 12th, in honor of Florence Nightingale’s birthday, our Nurse Managers will be passing out treats and spreading joy in the lobby. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate together.

That’s an outstanding achievement and a true testament to the passion and commitment of our remarkable team.
