Summer Interns Bring Energy, Curiosity, and Purpose
My internship at McGregor gave me the opportunity to experience many different aspects of marketing and communications in a nonprofit setting. Throughout the summer, I wrote blog articles, created digital graphics and video content, supported community events, and learned how marketing helps share McGregor’s mission and impact.
One of the most rewarding parts of the experience was getting involved with the community, meeting residents, staff, volunteers, and community partners, and hearing the stories that make McGregor such a special place.
This internship helped me grow both professionally and personally, while showing me the value of meaningful communication and the positive difference it can make in people’s lives.
