When I joined McGregor in 2011, I knew I was becoming part of an organization with a meaningful mission and a long-standing commitment to older adults and families throughout Northeast Ohio. Over time, that mission became deeply personal to me.
Throughout my tenure, I have had the privilege of helping shape McGregor’s voice, strengthen its visibility, and share the stories behind our work among our business lines; hospice, residential housing , philanthropy, our workforce leadership programs, and PACE community-based care. Whether through communications, referral growth, engagement, strategic outreach, or community partnerships, my focus has always been connecting people to the services, support, and relationships that help them age with dignity, confidence, and connection.

A Role Rooted in Relationships…At every stage, relationships have been at the heart of my work. Collaborating with healthcare providers, civic leaders, community organizations, donors, families, residents, participants, and colleagues has reinforced what I believe deeply: meaningful progress happens when people come together around a shared purpose.
My recent promotion to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is both a milestone and a natural continuation of this work. In this expanded role, I look forward to strengthening relationships, advancing mission-driven collaborations, and helping connect people, partners, and resources in ways that support McGregor’s continued impact.
Looking Ahead, as McGregor continues to grow, innovate, and deepen its community presence, I am grateful for the mentors, colleagues, board members, partners, and friends who have shaped my journey. I am especially honored to be part of an organization that continues to serve with compassion while looking boldly toward the future. I look forward to connecting with you, wherever you may be.
McGregor’s story has always been one of service, innovation, and care. I am very proud and humbled to help carry that story forward in this next chapter.
