For 150 years, McGregor has been committed to serving older adults and strengthening the communities around us. In 2027, as we celebrate this incredible milestone, we are also recognizing another important anniversary: 25 years of grantmaking through the McGregor Foundation.
Since becoming a grantmaking foundation in 2002, McGregor has partnered with nonprofit organizations across Northeast Ohio that are creating meaningful change in the lives of individuals and families.
While each organization has its own mission, they share a common goal: building stronger, more connected communities.
Through Foundation grants, McGregor has supported organizations working to address critical needs, including helping older adults maintain independence, expanding opportunities for education and career development, improving access to resources, and creating spaces where people can connect.
The impact of these partnerships goes far beyond a grant award. It can be seen in the moments that matter; a senior receiving transportation to an important appointment, a student gaining skills for a future career, or an older adult finding connection through a community program.
For 25 years, McGregor Foundation’s grantmaking has been built on collaboration, trust, and the belief that lasting change happens when we work together.
As we celebrate this milestone, we are grateful for the incredible organizations, leaders, volunteers, and community partners who have helped make this work possible. Their dedication reflects the strength and compassion of Northeast Ohio.
