In the Gardens Rehabilitation you will be greeted by a team of caring professionals who will design a plan of care to help the resident recover to their fullest potential, so they will be able to return home safely. All rooms are private and include a spacious powder room, garden or campus view.

It gives us great pleasure knowing that tending to small details make such a big difference in a resident’s lives with an emphasis on personalized care plans and coordinated interdisciplinary care, and meets the needs of patients with complex medical issues, facilitating their speedy recovery and transition back home.

Our Team of Experts include:
Board Certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses/LicensedNurses/State Tested Nursing Assistants, Licensed dietitians, and Social work/psychological services. Our on-site clinic provides medical, dental, podiatry and ophthalmology services.
Specialized Services for residential long-term care, short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative care are provided at McGregor. Services include:
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies, Wound Care, Orthopedic Joint Replacement programs, Intravenous Therapy, Pain Management, Cardiac Recovery, Discharge Planning, assessment and arrangement of home services, Diabetes management, Physician Involvement, Resident and Family Education and Support, Daily Activities, Dietician Consultation
