Wednesdays have become great again and our favorite day of the week!
It’s been a series of Wine Tasting events, this one being the second in a series of three monthly events (April-May-June), to better acquaint us with the preparedness to select a good wine to pair with any selection of appetizers and main courses to impress even the most discriminating connoisseur.
It was a wine-derful evening at McGregor Independent Living as we hosted the second in our series of Wine Down Wednesdays!
Guests were served a three-course supper prepared by McGregor’s Executive Chef, Christopher Spina, including a marvelous first course of Mission Fig and Granny Smith Apple salad with Baby Arugula, Goat Cheese and Port Pear Vinaigrette. The second course included a Petite Balsamic Marinated Chicken Skewer with Heirloom tomatoes, and a dessert of Assorted Pastries and Cookies.
Guests also the opportunity to sample and learn about several pairings of wine, provided by Chuck’s Fine Wines in Chagrin Falls.
Feeling left out?
You can still sip back and relax at our Wine Down Wednesdays Finale, June 15 at 4pm!
