When the call comes to provide support to a loved one where do you begin?

Reaching out to local experts in your community is a good place to start. Many communities like McGregor, offer a campus of continuing care throughout all the seaons of your life. Not only will you receive direction, but you will also receive the much needed support throughout your journey.  There are some other ways to gain insight while caregiving through literature and very good opportunities for summer reading- not just informational but also to add some levity to a stressful situation.
