On July 20, staff from McGregor and McGregor PACE came together to celebrate a group of the people whose talents and efforts have led to our continued success over the years.
At McGregor, we recognize that our employees often put the needs of our residents or participants, our organization, their fellow employees, and their loved ones above the needs of their own. We are truly grateful for their dedication and commitment to our mission along with the selflessness they continue to display every single day.
At the 2023 Annual Service Awards Luncheon, we honored employees who have served our organization for 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 30 years! Each one of these valued individuals received a pin identifying their years of service to the organization.

For the event, McGregor and McGregor PACE employees shared a catered lunch under the big-top tent in the Gardens Courtyard. After lunch, everyone enjoyed answering trivia questions based on the year each cohort of employees was hired. After each round of trivia questions, the employees for that year were formally honored and given their award.
5-Year Award
We applaud the talents and efforts demonstrated by each of our staff members during their time with us. Through our storied legacy of more than 145 years, the contributions of our staff have been essential to all the progress we have made and every milestone we have met. Together, we take pride in our accomplishments and our commitment to excellence.
We also honored an Employee of the Year for both McGregor and McGregor PACE! Congratulations to Virginia Oliver (McGregor) and Denise Johnson (McGregor PACE) for being named Employees of the Year!
