McGregor hosted their annual Winesday,
the first in a 3-part series of a wine tasting event!
We welcomed members of the business, healthcare and local community to join us for a 3-course meal with wine pairings provided by Chuck’s Fine Wines.
Yolanda, our wine host, was an expert in wine and shared valuable information while answering questions from the crowd!
We welcomed our guests with a charcuterie board that had assorted meats, cheeses, crackers, and olives, along with a ‘sipping’ glass of wine.
We then presented three courses prepared by our chef that complimented each wine pairing perfectly. Our first course was a refreshing mandarin walnut salad with pickled red onion and a white wine balsamic dressing. Next was a flavorful pan-fried crab cake with roasted root vegetables. Lastly, for dessert we had a delicious berry cheesecake tart with blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries topped with crème fraiche.
