Dee Weber has joined McGregor as the new Vice President of Human Resources, bringing nearly 30 years of experience from previous roles at Memorial Health Systems and Southwest General. Recently relocating to Cleveland, Dee values the diverse and dynamic nature of HR work and appreciates the welcoming culture at McGregor. She is committed to advancing the organization’s workforce initiatives and strengthening its competitive position among non-profits. Outside of work, Dee volunteers at a no-kill animal shelter and enjoys spending time with family.
