The McGregor Summer Internship Program: Each summer, McGregor welcomes talented students into its Marketing & Communications team, giving them the chance to turn classroom learning into meaningful, hands-on experience. As part of McGregor’s Summer Intern Program, interns support real projects that help tell the organization’s story, connect with the community, and highlight services that make a difference for older adults and families across Northeast Ohio.

Marketing & Communications interns contribute in many ways, from writing social media content and e-newsletters to supporting events, researching trends, and helping evaluate campaign performance. They also gain exposure to SEO, digital tools, and emerging AI applications in marketing. The experience is designed to challenge and inspire rising professionals while giving McGregor fresh ideas, creative energy, and a strong connection to the next generation of communicators. Through mentorship and collaboration, the program reflects McGregor’s commitment to learning, innovation, and community impact.
