The Ohio Department of Health renewal survey is an evaluation assessing every aspect of hospice operations, in order to ensure hospice providers and facilities are meeting the meticulous standards on both state and federal levels. These evaluations test patient care. safety, documentation, quality, and clinical practices. Facilities, such as McGregor, are subject to unannounced surveys, ensuring the high standards of care are consistently maintained.
Successfully passing the ODH Renewal Survey emphasizes the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of our staff. Rather than taking shortcuts, our program is committed to providing the highest level of care while honoring the comfort and needs of patients.
