Every year, McGregor takes time to recognize the people who keep our community running and make it such a special place. During this year’s Annual Service Awards, we celebrated employees who have reached milestone anniversaries of 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service at McGregor.
Each milestone represents years of compassion, hard work, and dedication to serving our residents and supporting one another. From welcoming smiles to exceptional care behind the scenes, employees have made a lasting impact on the McGregor community.
The celebration was filled with laughter, great food, and friendly competition as guests enjoyed trivia between each award presentation. Each round of questions reflected the year that award recipients began their McGregor journey, giving everyone a chance to reminisce about memorable moments and events from the past. The tiebreaker challenged participants to guess the average gas price from that year. It was a wonderful reminder of how much both the world and McGregor have grown and evolved over the years.
