Happy New Year! If you haven’t been brainstorming already, today is the perfect time to ponder a New Years resolution. A new year is a time to change something you have always wanted to do.

Whether it be a bad habit or negative lifestyle choice, it is time to leave it in the past. If you celebrated the New Year last night, use the day to relax and wind down and bring peaceful energy into the new year.

A traditional New Years Day meal is roast beef with some classic American sides. It is a nice day to take things slow and reflect on the memories you made in the past year.
