Erin Wojno Demiray is a senior affordable housing development professional with nearly two decades of experience structuring, financing, and delivering complex senior housing projects nationwide. She currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at CSI Support & Development, where she leads multifaceted financing utilizing LIHTC, HUD programs, tax-exempt bonds, and FHA-insured debt, including precedent-setting RAD and Section 202 transactions. A licensed attorney and longtime nonprofit board leader, she brings deep expertise in housing finance and mission-driven development.
