The Junior Volunteer Program was created last summer in 2024 and is an ongoing program to build relationships with youth in our surrounding communities.
We have built relationships with schools like Nordonia, Richmond heights, Lutheran East, Mayfield, Shaw High School, Beachwood, Euclid High School, and Hawkin. Over the last year these school counselors have sent us information on students they feel fit the criteria for the Junior Volunteer Program.
We have introduced the program at several schools to help the students engage in our program we have here at McGregor.
Volunteers play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in our independent living, assisted living, and skilled care communities.
Volunteers provide companionship, support activities, and contribute to a warm, engaging environment for our seniors here at McGregor.
Welcome to our volunteers~they truly enjoy working and building relationship with our resident’s. Our residents truly enjoy our volunteers and will be creating a volunteer social board to share their testimonials.
