For many older adults, home is more than just a place to live; it represents comfort, independence, routine and connection to community. That is why “aging in place,” or remaining safely in one’s own home while receiving needed care and support, has become increasingly important for older adults and their families.

At McGregor PACE, aging in place is at the heart of everything we do. The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides coordinated healthcare and supportive services designed to help older adults continue living independently for as long as possible.
Through medical care, transportation, rehabilitation services, social activities, meals and in-home support, PACE participants receive personalized care tailored to their individual needs. The program also supports family caregivers by helping reduce stress and ensuring loved ones have access to consistent compassionate care.
Beyond healthcare, aging in place is about maintaining quality of life. Staying connected to familiar neighborhoods, friends, routines and community activities can have a major impact on emotional and physical wellbeing.
At McGregor PACE, we are proud to help older adults across Northeast Ohio remain safe, active and engaged while continuing to call home the place they love most. Learn more by clicking this link: Cleveland Senior PACE Program | McGregor PACE
