Every Tuesday, residents gather for one of McGregor’s most popular activities: Bingo! More than just a game, bingo provides an opportunity to socialize with neighbors, engage in friendly competition, and keep the mind active.
While traditional bingo is always a favorite, each round is unique. One round may require players to cover their entire board for triple points, while others may call for making an “X” or “L”. The excitement is contagious as residents cross their fingers, they are the first to call out “Bingo!”
Competition can get fierce as players battle for the first, second, and third place trophies – not to mention the bragging rights that come with winning. A few playful jabs exchanged across the room are all part of the fun and exciting atmosphere.
Whether it’s flipping through the deck of bingo boards to ensure you get a lucky one, or sitting in the seat you won your last game, bingo is a fun highlight to the week. Proving the strong community here at McGregor, bingo continues to grow friendships and remains an event residents look forward to!
