For many older adults, the greatest concern isn’t developing a health condition, it’s losing the ability to remain in the home and community they love and stay independent. The McGregor PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program helps make aging in place possible. Designed for seniors with chronic or complex healthcare needs, PACE offers comprehensive, coordinated support that allows participants to continue living independently rather than transitioning to a nursing home.

With McGregor PACE, participants receive care from an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who work together to address their medical, social and emotional well-being. Services are personalized and coordinated through a single program, eliminating the stress of managing multiple providers and appointments. From primary and specialty medical care to home care services, rehabilitation therapy, nutritious meals, prescription management and transportation, every aspect of care is organized by the PACE Team with the participant’s needs in mind.
This holistic approach helps seniors maintain their independence, stay connected to family, friends and community activities, and often avoid unnecessary hospitalizations or emergency room visits. For individuals who qualify, including many who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid, these services may be available with little to no out-of-pocket cost.
McGregor PACE is more than healthcare – it’s a pathway to living safely, comfortably and confidently at home. Explore McGregor PACE locations today and schedule a visit to the center nearest you. McGregor PACE operates five Adult Day Health Centers throughout Cuyahoga, Lorain and Summit counties,
