There is so much to be excited about in East Cleveland! Across its neighborhoods, fresh energy is taking shape through new investment, housing improvements, upgraded streets, walkable green spaces, and community-driven projects.
One exciting example is the new homebuilding underway in the Circle East District, where partners such as Cleveland Bricks, the Cuyahoga County Land Bank, OHM Advisors, and others are helping bring sustainable housing, infrastructure improvements, and renewed neighborhood connections to life.
In the broader context of the Circle East District revitalization initiative—a multi-million-dollar transformation of East Cleveland spearheaded by the Cuyahoga Land Bank—the master-planning and development network involves a combination of regional agencies, municipalities, and design consultancies.
