June 29th, a celebratory atmosphere was in the air as we thanked our many employees for their years on our team during the annual Service Awards event. We sat under a tent in the courtyard that was adjourned with blue and gold decorations and provided much needed shade on the beautiful Wednesday afternoon. The celebration began after we all got settled in and enjoyed a boxed lunch while talking amongst ourselves. We honored employees who have stayed at McGregor for 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 30 years! Each one of these valued individuals received a pin identifying their years of service. Everyone enjoyed answering trivia questions tailored to each year these employees were hired and recognizing them for their contributions to the organization.

McGregor Service Awards are special recognition given to employees who have worked for a particular length, called an employment milestone. After almost two years, due to the pandemic, it is time to celebrate!

We appreciate their efforts, and it goes without saying that the ones who have devoted multiple years of their career certainly deserve the recognition for their service anniversaries and significant milestones. We appreciate the dedication and hard work that comes from being with us year after year.  McGregor staff are a significant part of the team and the reputation we aspire to live by that we couldn’t imagine our workplace without them. Our recognition includes staff with 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 years of service at an annual Service Awards event, each receiving a McGregor pin identifying their years of service.
